At the 71st Meeting of the Advisory Committee of the SciELO Brazil Collection, held on July 4, 2024, a favorable opinion with restrictions was granted for the inclusion of the Brazilian Journal of Radiation Sciences in the SciELO collection. This significant step reinforces the journal's commitment to disseminating high-quality scientific knowledge in the field of radiological sciences.

The journal will be officially included in the SciELO Brazil collection, and its performance will be monitored by the Advisory Committee members for an initial period of one year.
